Question about difference in renting points and booking through CRO

Hi everyone!

I have a friend who is planning a trip to WDW and while on the phone with CRO checking rates, they offered him a OKW studio for 159 a night. He hadn't heard of OKW, but he decided to book it. Now he's asked me because we go to WDW much more frequently then they do. But I don't really know the answers! Will this be like a regular resort room? Will they get Mousekeeping everyday or do they only come on trash and towel day? Can they charge on their room key? Is bus the only transportation available?

This will be a studio room. It's like a regular deluxe room but with a kitchenette area.

Mousekeeping will come everyday because they are booked through CRO and not Member services (or renting).

OKW has bus service to all the parks as well as boat and bus service to DTD.

Yes they can charge on their room key.
