Question about delivary confirmation?

Hi
I know I've seen it some where but how can I get 1 st class delivary confirmation for .19cents. ? Is only if you pay for your shipping through paypal? becuz I can't seem to do that I get sample written across it. It skips a screen on my computer. Any info would be greatly appreciated .

Find the shipping assistant on the USPS website. Once you download that you will be able to get the DC for .13 . Remember you will need Adobe reader to access the file.

And you need to register to get it to stop saying Sample accross.

Also it seem Shipping Assistant it not compatable with 6.0 read, so you need 5.
