Question about DDE Cards

Can we order these at the same time we order annual pass vouchers? Also, can you get them anywhere on property?

My understanding is that you need either the AP pass or the voucher in hand to order the DDE. They will ask you for the number of the pass or voucher (on the back) before you can order the DDE.

The only way you can get the DDE is to call Disney Dining. You can call from either your resort or DD, though. They will fax or a confirmation to your resort or DD Guest Relations that you can use in lieu of the card (since you obviously won't have the card in time for your trip).

DDE cards must be ordered by phone, and require you to have the AP or voucher in-hand at the time of the call. They will require a series of numbers from the back of the pass or voucher.

If you wish, you may order the card after you get your activated pass at WDW, if it is during DDE business hours. They will fax a confirmation letter to your Disney resort that you can use for your trip.
