Question about CRT

I booked our ADRs months ago and booked CRT on the dining plan, we have decided to pay out of pocket for this now. Can I just tell them when we are there I am going to OOP and pay at that time or do I need to call and have them charge my card prior to going?

We were in the same boat. I didn't call ahead and have it changed to be charged to my card, and when we arrived, I didn't think to tell our server, until she brought the bill and had already charged the ddp. She had to redo the bill to charge it to the credit card, which took about 10 minutes. Sooo...it can be done once you get there, but if I were to do it again, I'd just call ahead and have it changed. You might save yourself a bit of time when you get there. You'll still have to show your cc, but at least you won't have to wait while they redo the bill.

Thank you for the information. I guess I will call in a week or so and have them charge it to my card. I had read somewhere on here where you could pay cash or cc at the time but was not sure.
