How many regular rooms are on the 14th floor? I know that most of the rooms are suites, but we have booked a regular room. I just wanted to know my chances of getting a Magic Kingdom view. Also - does anyone know how many total rooms are on the 14th floor?

I believe there are only 2 regular rooms on the 14th floor...the rest are suites. There may be more rooms that connect to suites and can be used as regular rooms, not sure about that one.

Actually there are five or six regular rooms. Did you book a king or two queens? If you booked King NS you definitely have MK view, they are only on that side. I think the queens face the other way.

We really enjoyed our stay there.

Darn, we booked two queens, non-smoking. We are three people, (DH, DS and myself) so we need the two queens. Oh well, I guess I'll be happy no matter what.

Do any of the regular rooms on the 14th sleep 5?

I'd rather not have to pay for a suite...

Ta!

There are 5 regular rooms on the 14th floor. 2 kings and 2 queens face the MK but one of the queens is a handicapped accesible room. The 3rd queen room faces baylake

14th floor rooms only sleep 4 (2 queens). There is plenty of room for a daybed, but since they have connecting doors, they don't have the daybed. Shucks, you could sleep 6 on your balcony! :flower:

There is only 1 "room" on the lake side. It had 2 queens. We had it for a whole week last fall. It was wonderful. We LOVED the view. To see the FW or MK, we just went to the concierge lounge. It was the best of both worlds.

There are a total of 16 "Rooms" on the 14th floor. 11 are suites and 5 are just bedrooms. Rooms 4901 - 4907 face the Bay Lake. Rooms 4908 - 4916 Face the Magic Kingdom.
The bedroom only rooms are:
4905 (Bay Lake, 2 Queen beds)
4911 (Magic Kingdom, 1 King bed)
4912 (Magic Kingdom, 1 king bed)
4913 (Magic Kingdom, 2 Queen beds)
4915 (Magic Kingdom, 2 Queen beds, Disability accessible)
If you have any other questions please email me.

When I booked CR I was told our room was a king non smoking MK view. I can't wait!

You said you were told you had a king NS with an MK view. Did you book Concierge or just a tower room?

I ask because we have REQUESTED these things for our tower room in October.

This is a guarentee because this type of room is only on the MK side. There are non on the Lake side.

Since there is space in the rooms, and other CR rooms sleep 5, will they put a cot into a 14th floor room to accomodate a family of 5?

I would love to experience the 14th floor but a suite is not an option and neither is leaving one of the kids at home ;)

Thanks!
