Hi,

Just booked a last minute trip for Jan 25th - Feb 2nd. Trying to book CRT for any meal, any day. Looks like everything is currently booked. I plan to keep checking everyday to see if there is a cancellation.

Is there another option? ie. do they have a few walk-in slots available or can you leave your name first thing on the morning you are at that park to find out if there is a cancellation?

Thanks

I am anxiously awaiting news of a menu change. I have feeling there may be cancellations if the menu posted by another site (I don't remember which one now) is accurate - especially for breakfast. I know I will be canceling if it is correct.

But keep trying....my ressies are for Jan 9 and I just made them about 3 weeks ago. Always check two or three days ahead as well....that is when you will see people whose plans changed canceling just before the deadline to get a refund.

As far as I know there is no "wait list" for cancellations at the restaurant. You can check at guest services in the morning to see if there has been any cancellations/openings. There might be some movement when the credit card cancellation deadline comes up (I can't remember if it's 24 or 48- hours in advance).

It is correct that WDW does not hold slots open for walk-ins, and there is no wait list. You must keep checking for openings or cancellations. You can try walking in but there are no tables held open. It's prepaid but sometimes they do get no-shows or last minute cancellations. Check ahead of time for sure, because there's a big incentive to cancel on time (the no-show penalty is the entire cost of the meal.)

Thanks for the confirmation. I will keep trying and hope something opens up before the trip or while we are there.

Are you checking online or calling? The website hasn't been working right lately. Definitely keep checking, and even call after you get there.
