question about childrens menue

I noticed that in some of the restaurants the childrens menu says for guests ages 3-11. I have a 14 year old who is a picky eater and I'm wondering if anyone has ever had an older child order off of the childrens menu and was anything said about their age?

My daughter is a petite 13 year old (almost 14). We just finished a 2 week Disney trip and she ALWAYS ordered off the child's menu. Nothing was ever said. My son (15) also did this a few times and no one ever questioned us, even though I was prepared to tell them that my kids are picky eaters and I would have paid extra if they asked me to.
