At the time of travel, we will have a 14, 13, and a 10 year old. We will have the regular dining plan. On the resort reservation it lists them all as children, but they have adult tickets since they're over 10..So they will be able to order off the adult menu correct?

For resorts, they will be listed as children until they are 18. For dining and tickets, they are adults.

And the dining plan notation in MDE will always say something about "children" no matter who is on the reservation.

Are the credits tracked from the age listed on the resort or tickets on the package? I ask because I booked free dining yesterday and the resort shows my kids (6 and 9), but the tickets are adult.

Resort. The ticket/age thing is a glitch that many are seeing right now. It will get corrected when the fervor dies down from the flurry of booking. Resorts are the ones actually paying for the "free" dining, so that's what it will go by.
