Question about Chef Mickey's breakfast...

Hi. Is the dessert bar open during breakfast? It sounds really fun but we're only planning to go for breakfast. The 1900 Park Fare's ice cream machine and toppings are out during breakfast, but i do not know for sure if Chef Mickey's is. Thanks

Which place would you choose and why? I've only been to Le Cellier, i thought their steak needed some dipping sauce but other than that it was tasty. I'm trying to decide which place to go. Thank you

I do remember my kiddos eating gummy bears at breakfast (from the dessert bar)
(kids on that much sugar at 8 a.m. = )

There are desserts but no ice cream bar...That is only for dinner...They have a small assortment of different desserts and sweets but no ice cream.
