Me and DBF will be arriving at ASMo on August 30th, My two brothers are also staying in our room. They live in the Atlanta area and me and DBF are in the Valdosta area so it will only take us about more or less 3 hours to get there, while it will take them about 6 hours. So we will be arriving way before them and I have been hearing that in order to check-in everyone needs to be present. Me and DBF need to go to MK that night when we arrive to see SpectroMagic because it will be the only night we can see it, and I need to see it!! Since our room tickets are attached to our room reservation in order to get the free dining how do we go about getting our tickets to be able to go to the park that night? Am I able to check-in without them?? :confused3
Thanks for all the help..

We usually have 1-4 of us arriving at the same time, 1 at a time, 2&2, etc...:rotfl:

We've never had a problem checking in at any resort with any "fraction" of our party. We always have either my DW or I there to supply the CC and to officially register. There have been many times when she or I flew in separately and have never had an issue.

They just ask the others to stop by when they arrive.

They may not give you the dining credits for the other guests until thy see them at the front desk. You should still be able to check in.

As long as I can check-in so that we will be able to do MK I will be happy. We can always pay OOP for a quick bite to eat anyways.

Thanks for the quick replies!!

Our daughter flew in two days after we drove in. We were able to get her room key/park passes when we arrived. When she arrived via Magical Express, she didn't have to check in or anything. She met up with us and we headed over to the Hoop Dee Doo.

You will be able to check in for everyone that is in your room. They will even give you their room keys/tickets. It's very convienent!

This is true under regular circumstances, but during free dining, all parties must be present for check in. The reason is that people were booking a standard room w/ 4 guests when there really was only 2. They then got double dining credits for just the 2 guests. So now, even children must make an appearance at check in. This was our personal experience. However, I would imagine that if you explain your circumstances to the front desk, they will work w/ you. As OP stated, they may just not give you the dining credits for your other party members until they make an appearance at the front desk. Good Luck and Enjoy your trip :goodvibes
