Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes! I am going to be booking two rooms for our May 09 vacation. My Sister and my s-mom will be joining us. We are driving in and they are flying. If they arrive before us will they be able to go ahead and check in to their room? Also would they be able to take advantage of Magical Express even though we will not be flying? Sorry if these are dumb or previously answered questions!

I believe that when you make the reservations you need to put peoples names on the reservation, who is staying in the rooms. Put their names on one room and then they can check in. They will also be able to use magical express even if you are not.

When you make reservations they will the people staying in each room (both rooms cannot be in your name even though you are making the reservations). Your sister and s-mom will be able to check in when they arrive and will be able to use the Magical Express.....it will be two completely separate reservations and two separate reservation numbers. (I have some like this for May right now) You will get two separate email confirmations..... Have fun!!

Thank you both for your quick response! this is great! I was worried about how they would make it from the airport to the resort! You have both eased my mind that they should have no trouble! Since we are driving in we will probably arrive around 4 or so. They will fly in forn Houston so can probably arrive earlier in the day!
