Question about check in and bell services

Can we put our bags in bell services without going to desk to let them know we are there? I will do on line check but I need to get over to Epcot asap to see my nieces perform with their high school choral group. We want to get rid of our bags and run!
Which leads to another question. Are there always cabs outside the hotels (WL)?
We won't even have time to take the bus.

Yes. You can do that. There generally are cabs available.

The only potential problem is if you have purchased a package and will need the tickets to get into Epcot to see the performance. If that's the case, you'll need to check in to get your KTTW cards and tickets.

Jestocost is correct on all counts. Try to get your passes in advance, and call the Resort to request a taxi be there waiting for you.

How are you arriving at the resort? It sounds as if you are using something other that your own car since you are looking for a cab. If you are using ME, your checked luggage would arrive straight in your room. You would need to already have your tickets to get in to the park. You might be able to pack light enough to not have any bags to leave at bell services. They will keep your bags even if you do not check in yet.
