Question about characters' costumes during Halloween Time

We are thinking about going to Disneyland in early- to mid-September. It looks like that is the beginning of Halloween Time at DLR. Will characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, etc. be dressed in their traditional outfits, or will they be decked out in Halloween-inspired attire?

I would also love to hear if any of you have any other tidbits or pros and cons about going during Halloween Time.

Thanks!

Once Halloween Time starts, they should be in Halloween attire in Town Square. Back in Toontown during the day they should be in their traditional attire.

Oh, that would be nice. While it would be fun to see the characters in their special Halloween outfits, part of me still wants photos with characters in their traditional costumes, too!

Has this been other people's experience, as well - that you get to see characters in not only Halloween attire, but also in their usual duds, during Halloween Time?

Thanks!

Yes, just like mom2rtk said, they are in Halloween costumes in Town Square, and (those that meet in Toontown) are in their regular clothes back there. As always, the dress of the Mickey in Mickey's house varies.

They are typically dressed in their normal DCA outfits in that park.

Yes, it's just as mom2rtk said...you can find the characters in both their Halloween and regular attire during HalloweenTime. As mentioned, the characters also appear in different outfits on Buena Vista Street (over in DCA) - it's themed to the 1920s. So there is a chance that you might be able to see some of the characters in at least three different "outfits".
