Question about Character Breakfast photos.

We are going to the Surf's Up breakfast Easter weekend, but not going to the parks, so no photopass. With the new photopass program, are they still offering the breakfast photos even if you don't purchase the photopass? Will it be a photo package or a download? Any info on how it works now would be greatly appreciated.

They print out a photo & try to sell it to you.

If you have an AP that includes PhotoPass, they give you a card with a code to download your photos.

In my experience, they actually print out the photos and walk around to you to sell them while you're eating.
