Question about changing reservations in MDE

In December I booked a good deal for our upcoming June trip through a travel agency. This week my husband received the new pin code and so I was able to book directly with Disney at get an upgraded room category (but not water park and more) for the same price. None of my party members were excited about the water parks anyway and since our goal is a more relaxing trip than last year, we feel we will like the upgraded room category more. Plus I'm a travel planning control freak...

So, I already linked the first reservation in MDE. How do I "unlink" it? I haven't linked the new reservation yet. I have several dining reservations too. Will I have a problem with them?

Once your reservation through the TA is cancelled, it will automatically disappear from MDE. Nothing will happen to your ADRs.
