Question about cash reservation

Do you need to call periodically to see if a cash reservation is available or if a date is booked-it IS booked and that is final?? I was hoping to get a cash reservation on x-mas day at the BWV and as of now, there is none, could one open up at a later date?

They told me they can only check inventory 60 days out..

Yes you should call back as inventory may become available (always have a plan "b" though). Christmas day might be a hard one, but anything is possible. I have at times even gone to the point where I've made a CRO reservation then continuned checking with MS. I've found that when I've had luck with MS varied between 2 and 6 months in advance of my date(s) - much shorter than 2 months I think MS simply hands over what's left to CRO to try to make members some $$.
