Question about Captain's Grille breakfast

We're wanting to try the Captain's Grille breakfast buffet on our next trip but we would like to have the latest time possible as we'll be touring Epcot first thing that morning. The wdw website says breakfast goes until 11:25 and then lunch begins at 11:30. Do you know what time they'll stop stocking the breakfast buffet? I assume if we have a reservation for 11:15 or something, we might only get a few minutes with the buffet before they start clearing it? Should we plan to be there by 10:30 if we want to have a good hour to eat?

If you want breakfast items & buffet w/ characters, I would do it earlier. I don't believe they have a lunch buffet so they could start breaking it down as things run out to clear it for the 11:30 lunch slot.

Captain's Grill is not a character buffet, so if they want characters no time will work.

The fact that it doesn't have characters is a major selling point for us!

We went for breakfast once. We had a 10:30ish adr but didn't get seated until after 11. We were immediately reassured that the full buffet would be available to us for our meal.

Great! 11:00 or 11:15 is when we would prefer to eat but we really want breakfast food.

They will continue to replenish the breakfast buffet until the last breakfast buffet orderers have indicated that they've finished their meal. (Last trip, that was us - we didn't realize they were holding it for us or they could have cleared it much sooner!)

Also... I might suggest the chocolate waffles over the buffet... they are all sorts of amazing
