Question about BWV rooms

Once we had a family party with 3 different rooms and on of the families wanted to pay for the weekend and we used points for them on Sunday and Monday. They booked the room, a 2 bedroom at the BWV from CRO. Because I had reserved a Standard View 2 bedroom for them, they had to move. Now, if I had booked the room for them through MS, could they have gotten a SV? Or are SV and Boardwalk views strictly rented out on points and not on a cash discount? Well, I know that you can get a GV with a cash discount, but are the other villas different?

I believe BWV standard view and BWView rooms are only available on points - no cash.

They do go fast and it is rare any would be left for cash anyway, even if it could be done.

i know BWV w/BW view rooms are definately only available for booking with points (not even with DVC cash discount), but not sure about standard
like carolann said tho, the liklihood of either being available is very small to none.
