We are just back this morning from 5 days in DLP. We had a lovely time (our first visit since 3 visits in 2009). However, one disappointment was being unable to receive printed photos from the rides at the photo shop on the High St as we were leaving on the final day - I didn't have a photo pass, instead I was told by Big Thunder Mountain and Space Mountain that I could simply take photos on my camera and they could either scan the barcodes or use the reference numbers on the shop. However, it turned out the shop staff could do use neither, so we left empty handed.
Our daughters are still quite disappointed, so I thought I might e-mail DLP the photos I took to see if they could help me (now we have more time) - in the hope I could order these remotely from home and have the photos shipped to me.
Two questions:
i) Does anyone know if they should be able to use either the reference number or a scan of the code (from my photo) to identify our photos from their system (for me to then purchase)?
ii) Whom would I be best e-mailing to have the greatest chance of a knowledgeable party looking into my query?
I was going to post my thoughts in another thread about our trip, in case anyone is interested.
