Question about buying AP

Does anyone know if we can use our 4 day park hoppers from last year towards buying APs for this year? We will be going to WDW within a year of last year's visit and I wondered if the cost of last year's tickets can be deducted for APs. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

The cost of any unused days from your Park Hopper pass can be applied toward the purchase of an AP. You won't receive full credit for the price of the Park Hopper pass if you have used any days on it.
