Question about busses from a Newbie

Hello---we will be staying on-site for a short trip coming up in October.

I was just wondering how the busses work. For instance, if we want to spend an evening at the Boardwalk, and we are staying at a Value, how would the bus service work? Would we go all the way to the TTC and then get a bus that would go to the BW? Or will there be busses that go directly to a resort or group of resorts?

To go to the Boardwalk you should:
-take a bus from your resort to Magic Kingdom and take a bus to the Boardwalk Resort
-take a bus to HS and take the boat to Boardwalk or walk to the Boardwalk
-take a bus to DTD and take a Boardwalk bus

Longer route, but if you are in Epcot, you can walk to the Boardwalk from Epcot

You cannot take busses from one resort to another.

You cannot take busses from one resort to another.

If you are planning on using a park to transfer, just be sure it's open late enough so that you can get back using this method. If not, the DTD option will work.

And to clarify, there is no resort transportation to and from the TTC by bus.

And you can always take a taxi. You can get your non stop service that way but you will have the taxi fare.
