Are the foods well-marked? I'm specifically asking about the dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare. I'm a vegetarian, and I know that in some dishes, it's hard to identify whether or not they contain meat from just looking at the top. So will there be cards at each dish identifying them and their ingredients? Thanks.

Lately I have noticed that before seating you they are asking if you have any dietary restrictions. I specifically noticed this at the Rose and Crown, the two woman next to me had food allergies. They brought the chef out to talk to them about it. I was pretty impressed by it. I think if your server cannot specifically answer your questions, they bring the chef out....not sure about all restaurants. The buffet at the Galley Restaurant, I actually do not remember if they were labeled or not.

I know the buffets at CP, Chef Mickey's, Boma, and 1900 PF are labeled. Of course, you can always tell your server you are vegetarian and I'm sure they would be able to help you.

Things are labeled pretty well if you want to avoid most meat. But if you want to avoid all meat (something that has no obvious meat, but was made with chicken stock for example), you are going to need to ask and be careful.

I am a vegetarian and they usually have labels for the dishes at buffets. But, they don't always have ingredients listed so I always talk with the chefs behind the food. I just get one of them to kind of go through what is safe and not (especially what has chicken/beef broth since you can't see that)

We've asked our server before for help and usually he'll tell a chef & he might come out to your table to show you what you can eat. A few times though the chef never came so that's when I started just directly asking the chef.

I've eaten at Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Hollywood & Vine, & Bomas. The only one I don't like is Bomas and not for lack of vegie options, but because of the food tastes. All of them though the chefs were helpful.
