Question about Breakfast at CRT

My husband and I are thinking about eating breakfast here. The only thing is that I saw that they have cream chese stuffed french toast. Neither one of us likes cream cheese at all. Would we be able to request french toast without the cream cheese?

I got a kids meal which consisted of a few sticks of regular french toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon.

It just doesn't seem right that for all that money you can't order off a menu of what you want. This is what's holding me up from wanting to go.

No, I don't believe there is unstuffed French toast, but it's worth asking. If they can't do that, they can give you French toast sticks instead.

It's basically a pre-plated meal and it's all you care to eat, so of the options available, you really can pick and choose what you want.

(Although I will say that in November, we weren't given the option of the regular pre-plated meal that includes eggs, French toast, meat, etc. It was either eggs OR French toast. I asked for the items I wanted, however, and that's what they brought me, so it ended up being no different than other times I've dined there.)

I agree with you for the TS or OOP you should be able to order what you want.

Well, you pretty much can order what you want from what they have available. I've found them to be quite accommodating. What is it that you want that you think you can't order?

I don't eat eggs or sausage, so I just asked for extra fruit and more of the basket of pastries. It's kinda like Ohana breakfast in that it's all preplated, but they're super accommodating and you can eat as much as you want. We love to eat at CRT for breakfast. The food is quite tasty.

I know it sounds unappealing, but that french toast it absolutely WONDERFUL. We loved it...you should give it a try!
