I have a tent/popup site booked for 10 days in June - I booked this type of site to get the AAA discount and we have a popup so it will be fine- we are a family of 4. I haven't purchased park tickets yet - we will buy 10 day park hoppers. No meal plan - no package.

Here's the question: can our inlaws (family of 4) put their tent on our site for 5 nights since we have already paid for the site - we will only have our popup and screen room. They would buy their own park tickets on their own.

Confused:confused3

It shouldn't be a problem. You will need to add their names to your reservation. If they are arriving after you it can be done when you check in.

Here is the wording from the info sheet and I think it is still the same.

There is room to park one vehicle per site (in addition to the camping vehicle) and each site is limited to 10 people. Additional parking is available at the main parking lot. Check-in time for the campsites is 1 p.m., check-out is at 11 a.m. Multiple tents or combinations of campers and tents can occupy a site; however, there is a $2 charge per adult when there are more than two adults per campsite. Weekly and monthly discounts are available in the off season.

While there in early November we had the same situation. Our son and his wife drove down to the Fort with myself and my DH. We had a TT and our son/wife had their tent on our site. When I made the ressie I gave all four names and informed them that our son and his wife would be leaving 4 days earlier than my husband and I would. They were able to take the Magic Express to the airport for a flight home. We were charged the going site rate, no extras for the extra adults. All went smooth and we had a GREAT time. Hope the same works out for you!:santa:

It shouldn't be a problem. Last Dec. we had a TT, popup and 2 tents 10 people on our site. No one said a word. Have a great trip
