Question about booking..

We're undecided about when we want to go next year. We usually go the 3rd week of Sept or first week of October, depending on when school starts for our children.

Anyway, we're debating on going later in the year instead. If we were to book at 11 months out for the late Sept or early Oct but then decided we wanted to go later, could we call at 11 months out from the time we wanted and have our reservation changed?

I sure hope that makes sense.

Yes... in a way. You will need to cancel your first reservation and book the second as a new reservation.

Make sure that you call at 11 months for the second reservation or you might miss out.

But at least they can check availability for the second trip before they cancel the first? That way we at least have it as a back up?

Yes, when you call just say you want to check availability.

This is correct, but if you're calling at the 11-month window you should have no problem with availability.

Depending on your UY you will need to know when your points expire or ability to bank if need be. We have Dec UY and this could be a problem for us. Just a heads up.
