Question about booking preferred room

I am going to be booking at POP and we are going to get the preferred room, however I have been told to request a room that DOES NOT overlook the pool. Can I requeset this when I book my vacation package or do I need to do something separate?

You can and should make requests at the same time you book your room. Keep in mind, though, that requests aren't guaranteed.

We have booked non-poolside room preferred room for our last three trips. At the time of booking we make the request and it has been granted each time.
