Question about booking Disney Collection

Hi Everyone,

Have been a dvc member for about 2 years now and enjoy every minute of it!

I am looking to book a 1 night stay at Tokyo Disney Resort in April, does anyone know if I book the stay through the Disney collection, if I will be able to upgrade to the next category room type by paying the difference? I have four adults and the capacity for the Superior room is 3 adults.

Cash upgrades at non-DVC options are usually dependant on availability at time of arrival and any policies at the resort itself.

I'm not sure that MS will allow you to reserve the room with four names on the reservation. While they seem to do that at DVC resorts (bend the stated occupancy rules), they don't really have that flexibility as an option at other resorts. I'd sure make sure of the policy before trying to book that on points.

Ask MS if they can book the room you really want - sometimes they can do it, even if the room category isn't listed in the points charts.
