I can't get through to Member Services, so I'm wondering if someone here can answer my question. I'm wanting to book a summer 2022 cruise tomorrow (Gold Castaway day,) but have to go through Member Services since it's a rebooking using a points/cash future cruise credit. Member Services has just been a constant busy signal. If I get the busy signal again tomorrow, can I book the cruise directly (cash) with DCL and then call DVC at a later time/date to have it switched over to points? I'm worried about not getting the reservation we want just because of issues with Member Services' busy signal.
