question about booking before price increase

If booking now to avoid ticket increase, and a big promo like free dining is added later, does the ticket price stay the same if you add the promo? we have our dates and are going either way, but my parents get pin codes constantly, so don't want to book too early and then have them not get a pin code because we are already booked. So do I book, ahead of the price increase, or hold out for free dining or a pin?

Booking now would lock in your price, but if you change anything (add FD, etc) it defaults to the current pricing.
