Question about Bonnet creek using vacation upgrades

I've been looking on here about reviews of timeshare rentals and companies. A lot of folks said Ken Price was excellent to go through. Just kind of saw a red flag and wanted to verify prior to giving money. Under his mailing address, it lists a property in Michigan (which looks like an industrial park). On the wyndham confirmation letter it lists an address in FL. Just want some feedback on if he's legit or not?

One reason could be that he manages the points of many timeshare owners who live all over the country.

While ken price may book your reservation, handle your money and send you the confirmation, you are actually renting the points from someone else.

Many timeshare owners don't want the work of renting their points, so they contract with someone like Vacation Upgrades to rent them.

I'm not sure how ken price manages his business, but all the comments on here have been nothing but positive.

I was in MI this summer and mentioned that to him, thinking he lived there as well. From the horse's mouth, this was his reply. We leave in March but they've been very professional and easy to work with. I did remove where they actually live, as I'm not sure if that's public information or not.

"Enjoy your vacation. By the way, our mail processing service is in Michigan, but we live in XXXXX. We use the mail processing service so that we can vacation too."

From previous experience it is a mail processing center. We have rented many times. Great to deal with.

Just a follow up to my own question. They are totally good and extremely easy to work with. They do use a billing processing company in MI so they can enjoy some travel. Looking forward to my vacation.
