Question about Boma and food allergies

Question for those that are familiar with Boma:

We are considering a dinner at Boma for our May trip but I looked at the menus on Allears and it looks like there are lots of dishes with coconut. I am allergic to coconut and almonds. Is it possible to ask the staff about which "pods" to avoid due to the ingredients? Or would I need to stand in line at each pod and ask about ingredients?

I've never been to Boma- but i can tell you- with one severe allergy kid in our family-WDW is about the only eat out place i can relax... call ahead, and note it on reservation,then when you get there, notify your server of allergies, in all places we've eaten, the chef and staff have bent over backwards to be helpful....mostly we never make ressies either, just tell them when we get there..and they accomodate us
