Question about Boardwalk Villas: re maid service

I just booked at the Villas through Disney (not through DVC). I know that DVC members don't get maid service every day but will I since I booked as a guest and not a member?

Yes, you will get daily maid service.

You can also have daily turn-down service if you want. Just request it when you check in.

you will be treated like any other WDW resort guest. So definitely maid service.

We were at BWV last September in a 2 bedroom booked thru CRO. We had daily maid service (such as it was), we did request turn-down service from the front desk and also from housekeeping and were told both times it was not available at the Villa's even if you book thru CRO.

Sorry you had problems with turn-down service. We always stay in a one-bedroom villa booked through CRO. We've had turn-down service nightly without any problems. We were last there at the end of October 2006.

We have a 1 bedroom BWV booked through CRO for October.
Will they replace the little boxes of laundry detergent daily?

yes - that is nice about maid service.

of course I am allergic to tide - so it never helps me.

if the maids forgets just call housekeeping (one of the buttons on the phone). they will bring it to you.

when you check in make sure you mention that you are paying CRO guest not a DVC member or guest.

sometimes BWV expects it to be DVC member or guest - not paying customers. So may sure that the front desk knows actually who and where you are - so you will get maid service.
