We are traveling on our first Disney Cruise. We could not
make reservations for the dolpin encounter because it was
already booked. We went ahead and made reservations to
go to Blue Lagoon anyway because we heard they may have
some cancellations once we got there. Has any one been
there?? Is there enough to do ?? We are leaving 2/13/03.
P.S. This board is awesome , I have been lurking for a few
weeks now,great info.

I just posted on another post for this, so I'll try not to repeat too much. They do have activites to do (these costs extra) I think they have small boats, kayaks that kind of thing. We didn't use any of these. We brought our own snorkeling equipment. You do have to rent the vests if you do not bring them. I believe the cost is $5 per vest. We basically played in the sand, did some snorkeling and ate lunch.

Some people say they think it was not worth it and that it was dirty. We liked this excursion. However, I asked my dh if he thought it was dirty and he said a little. I didn't think so though. Maybe it was because it rained for 4 days at WDW and this was the first time that we had a sunny day.
