I have a december use year. We might possibly want to go to disney in december 09. If we make a reservation and cancel it, whats the penalty for cancelling? Do they points go into holding?

And can you only bank 1 years worth of points?

We have gone every year but now we are thinking of saving some points for our honeymoon.

Points only go into holding if you cancel 30 days or less before the check-in date.

You can only bank 1 year of points. For a 12/09 trip, you could use banked 2008, current 2009, borrowed 2010.
