Question about Banked Points

I know I should know the answer to this but right now I'm getting all the rules confused. Just getting old I guess.

I have points banked from Aug 09 into Aug 10 use year. I know that they have to be used by the end of July 2011, but are there any restrictions.

Nope, other than that they can not be banked again and must be used by July 31st, 2011.

No, banked points cannot be transferred.
