Question About Banked Points

My use year is August. I banked last year's points into this year. Do I have to use the banked points by the end of August or do I only have to make a reservation with the banked points before the end of August for any date, including dates after the end of August? Thank you for any help with this question.

Banked points must be used for a reservation that ends by the last day of your Use Year. With an August Use Year, points must be used by the following July 31.

Points from your 2008 Use Year were good from August 1, 2008 - July 31, 2009. Since you have banked them, they are good for reservations thru July 31, 2010.

They cannot be used for any date beyond the end of the Use Year.

All points use is based on date of stay, not when the reservation is made.
