Question about bag check-in for W&D

Hi -- This is my first post, but I have been reading all of the park threads and WISH threads avidly for 2+ years. I have learned so much from everyone's experiences and am grateful for all of the information available here. Now I have a question and have finally come out of "hiding."

I will be participating in the 2012 Wine and Dine. The starting point is at the WWOS so I am assuming that the bag check-in will be there as well. The finish is at Epcot where there will also be a post-race party.

Where will we pick up our bags? Will the bag be transported to the finish line or do we have to return to WWOS where we checked them in to pick them up?

I ask this specifically because I was planning to check items in my bag that I will need during the party, such as a light jacket, maybe a hat, etc.

I appreciate any info you can provide.

Bag pick up is near the finish line. It ran pretty smoothly last year--the pick up that is. I think the drop off was still a little slow (yes, it is at WWOS), but not as bad as the year before.

Thanks so much for the quick response. I wasn't sure whether or not they would transport the bags from the starting point to the finish line. At the Princess Half, I thought that we picked them up at the same point where we checked them in, but a lot of that morning was a complete blur!! I just wanted to be sure that my post-race clothes/jacket would be available at the finish.

I am super excited for this race even though I will be slow. Thanks again.
