Question about Backstage Magic Tour. (The one at WDW, not the ABD trip)

My mom is hard of hearing, VERY hard of hearing. She was so happy when we went on KTTK tour last year to have the headset. She was able to hear our guide and block out the noise around us.

If we take the big 7 hour BSM Tour at WDW, do they also provide the headsets?

I did BSM in 2009 and for the life of me I cannot remember if they gave us headsets. I want to say no, but maybe they did and I didnt use them. I really don't think so though because I do remember in the laundry building it was hard to hear the guide because of all the noise from the washers ect....

I've done the WDW Backstage Magic tour twice, and on both tours, they used the headsets. Unless they've changed procedure, I would imagine they still do. It made touring much nicer with larger groups that got spread out.

Thanks, this is what I was hoping. I'd love to get a REAL answer over the phone, but as we all know, the telephone CMs know less then my friends over here on the DIS.

i did the backstage tour in 2010 and we most definitely had headsets.....
it was a FANTASTIC tour!!!!

i did it on my own and loved it!!! everyone on the tour was very friendly and the two guides were outstanding!!!!
keep in mind that it's a full day tour with a lot of standing...not too much walking, but a lot of standing as you listen to explanations...

it was GREAT!!! highly recommended!!
