Question about Back to the Future Ride

Is the car you sit in during BTTF an open top ride vehicle? I am a little claustrophobic. Mission Space just about freaked me out.

As far as I can remember...yes.

If you are claustrophobic - definetly opt for an "inside" seat - not near a door. You'll feel as if you have more space.

And be prepared to be bruised...that ride really bangs you up

Yes, the cars are open on top, but as someone mentioned the doors on the side can make you feel a bit cramped. Try to sit up front and towards the middle and you should be fine.
