I know it says if there is a party of 6 or more it will automatically add 18%, my question is does an infant count as part of the party.

We will be traveling with me, dh, da(dear aunt), ds6, dd4, and dd1. So I wasn't sure if since dd1 wouldn't be ordering anything if she would still count as part of the party. I'm not actually sure which way I want it to go. If they do count her and we do the ddp then I'm assuming we'll get a bill for just the tip that we could possibly charge to our room or cc. If they don't count her than we can decide for ourselves how much to leave, but then would have to pay with cash.

Anybody have any ideas how this would work?

The way its suppose to work is yes, the baby would count in the guest count to bring your party size to 6. Some servers do this and some don't. Always check your receipt to see if the gratuity is added or not.
