Question about Aulani DVC Rental Availability after 7 months - Holidays?

Interested to learn how much the DVC Rental Availability changes after the 7 month window opens up for the December Holiday season. Looking for Two-Bedroom Ocean View but uncertain how soon we can make the final decision. But we might need to make it before the 7-month window opens if availability reduces a bunch at 7 months and/or point rental prices are expected to increase or supply is scarce.

2BR OV is often available for a bit after the 7 month window for the first part of the month, but as you grow nearer the holiday you will lose availability at 7 months.
