Question about AP rate and AP exp. date

I've booked a room with an AP rate for June 12 - 14. However, my AP expires on June 10th. I've already renewed it, but I'm not sure what to do at check in. Will the CM accept the printout of my renewal, or should I go get my new AP before I check in?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

They have never asked me for my AP when I've checked in, so you may not need to show it. Even if they ask to see it and they show that it's expired, you will still have your renewal information with you so that may be enough to satisfy the CM checking you in.

To be safe though I'd get it renewed before checking in. It's up to you, but I'd rather be safe rather than having to leave the resort to go and get the renewal processed before checking in.:headache:

You should be fine with the renewal information. If they want to see the activated pass they will tell you just to stop back by with it. I've also never been asked to show my AP for the rate but, they always ask for my AAA card when I've used that discount.

Thank you both for taking the time to post replies - I really appreciate it!

Right now I'm planning on trying to check in, since I'm using Magical Express, I'll be there anyway. If the CM at the front desk doesn't accept my printout, it's easy enough to leave my things with Bell Services and go get the actual pass.

Thanks again!
