question about an "oreo cheesecake" recipe

This recipe sounds wonderful! I love oreos. I love cheesecake. What's not to love about the dessert??? EXCEPT the size. This original recipe is supposed to be made in regular full sized cupcake liners.

I want to bring these to a pot luck... I need to bring 24 desserts.

So - can I do these and make them with the Oreo Mini's, and make the the mini-cupcake size instead?

With the nature of this function - it seems that "big sized' cheesecakes would just be too big.

Any thoughts?
