question about airfares

Somebody please help, I know nothing about booking airfare! The last 2 times I flew someone else made all the arrangements! I have found prices of $148 RT from Newark to Orlando. Nonstop thru Jetblue or Continental. Is this good ?Should I expect better. I am set up for Ding but nothing good yet. We're flying Oct. 22(Monday) returning the following Monday. If these prices are good I will probably book tomorrow(have to move money around first) My mom said with current gas prices these prices were good and would probably go higher, BTW there are 8 of us! Thanks!

That is a wonderful air fare. Book it quickly and go with Continental.

I half agree with the PP. Book it quick, but choose JetBlue

That is a great airfare! Yes go ahead and book asap.I would think either airline would be just fine but go with the one you feel most comfortable with...

Both airlines are good, but Continental has many, many more flights to/from to choose from. Also, if there is a flight problem or delay, this gives you many more flights that you could be moved onto by Continental. Continental also has the option of moving you onto another airline if need be. Jet Blue does not have these arrangements with other airlines and much less equipment to substitute when problems occur.

If you fly tuesday/wednesday thru tuesday/wednesday - the rate is 59$ each way for a total round trip of 118!

This is amazing and I would change my trip to reflect the tuesday thru tuesday instead of monday to monday...
