Question about age requirement

My DH and I are making blankets for Project Linus for the GAD program. The age requirement is 6 and up. My DD is currently 5 but will be 6 in September (will be in FL in November). Is she allowed to do this as long as she is 6 before we go, or do you have to be 6 at the time of volunteering? I'm guessing the GAD program will be out of vouchers by her birthday, so I'm hoping she can just do this with us.

The person must be at least six at the time the volunteer service is performed. I do not know if they allow registration prior to age six.

I have the exact same scenario - we could wait until June when he turns six but I am worried about the promotion running out of vouchers or getting the vouchers in time for our trip later in the summer.

I am very tempted to try and sneak him into the program somehow - he will be 6 when we travel - Is this horrible?? It will make one more volunteer and one more blanket- but I don't want to get in trouble, or make trouble -

I don't think you can sneak a 5 year old in because-they have to show their birth certificate when they redeem the voucher. You can't even sign them up for a volunteer opp until they are 6. We are anxiously awaiting DS's 6th birthday in May. The rest of our family volunteered without him in case the vouchers run out.
