Question about ADRs

I have a trip in September with all of my ADRs for 7 people. (6 adults, 1 infant). There is a chance that there might be an extra adult at some of our meals. I know that I will need to add a single to Mickey's BBQ (it is currently full, so please let me know if anyone is canceling for Sept 4), but I suspect the other meals will be tables for 8 anyway. We are going to a few new places this trip and was hoping to hear about seating at the following (basically I just wanted to double check that these places are like all the other places with tables seating for 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.) I know that it is easier to make the reservations and overestimate and I did that! We originally were only a group of 6.

So I realize that I am posting to my own question, but over lunch I called WDW DINE and went over the addition of the extra person.. I thought it might help people to have the results. It worked out well (still waiting for the BBQ, of course). I did, however, have to make new ADRS to add the extra person at my signature places- this was unexpected. (so, the only ones of the following that required any work are BBQ, Jikos and Yachtsman...) I was happy that Jikos and Yachtsman had availability for 8 people within 20 minutes of my other reservations, so no problem.
