Hi all, I made our ADR's for 5 people. Me, DH, dd 7, dd 5, ds 11 months. It looks like our ds 11 months will not be going with us. Grandma has offered to keep him and we are seriously considering. However, do we need to try and change our ADR's for 4 instead of 5 (high chair was needed) . Or can we keep the same ADR;'s and let them know at the podium the baby isn't with us. I hate to lose our times we got, BUT I would hate more for them to turn us away if we only have 4. However, it won't affect price since he was going to be free anyway. If it makes a difference our ADR's are
CRT lunch
Capt Jacks dinner
Ohana breakfast
Chef Mickeys dinner
Sci Fi lunch
Princess in Epcot breakfast

Thanks in advance!!

When I made my ADR's for last September we where unsure if my brother was able to come with us and I had told my concerns to the cm makeing my reservations. She said if it was just 1 person to addon or take off it wouldn't change our ADR's, but if it was more than one person we may have to change our ADR's. So you should be safe. Also my uncle and 2 coworkers where there at the same time and they decided they wanted to eat at Ohana's with us at the last minute we got to the podeum about 20 mins before our ADR and they were able to add all 3 with no problems.

Or you could change the ressies and baby could just sit in your lap.

I asked a similar question for a friend of mine. The responses were that if all members of your party were not at check-in, they didn't have to seat you. Not sure how it applies to a non-paying infant.

BTW, what is Captain Jack's Dinner?

You are only removing the high chair, and it isn't going to change things that much!

When we went last summer we had ADR's for 7, but my MIL ended up getting a bad stomach bug (which unfortunatly hit on the plane ride there, and didn't really let up till the last day) so she was hit and miss for most of our dinners. There was only one dinner where all 7 of us showed (CRT) the rest we were either a party of 5 (FIL and MIL absent) or a party of 6 (MIL absent) and there was no problem at all. We simply told them at the podium that she was ill, and had to stay back. We were never denied seating, or questioned at all. I'm sure with your 11 month old needing a high chair anyway, it probably won't affect your ADR's at all. Have a great trip!!
