Ok, we are still in the research phase and I had a question. Trying to figure out how many points we need as compared to how many we can afford.
If we were to buy less points now, say the minimum of 160, and later on add 50-75 points, are they all part of the same use year or do they become different meaning there is a possibility of not having enough points some years depending on what we want to do.
Basically I am thinking we need 225 pts. Thinking of buying 160pts and borrowing each year so we could go 2 out of every 3 years. After a few years when we can afford more points buying the rest to get ourselves to the 225 mark.
I am just concerned that depending on use years and what are plans are from year to year there could be a point where the extra points are not available for the month we want to go.
Does that make sense? Basically trying to figure out if there are any major drawbacks to buying less points now and adding later on (aside from the fact that years later the $ per point is more).
Thanks
