Question about adding dining plan after ADR is made

I have already made a ADR at Cinderellas Royal Table and paid for it with my credit card. I have decided to do the dining plan now but I am wondering if they will refund the money that I have already paid. Does anyone know how this works?

I would suggest saving the 2 TS credits (per person) it will "cost" you to dine at CRT and just pay out of pocket for that meal. That's what we did last year and I had no regrets about it. We were only at Disney for 3 nights and it didn't make sense for us to use 2 of our 3 TS credits on one meal. Just my opinion...
