question about actually going to MK

I currently go on vmk and found the 50 hidden mickeys and received the voucher for the free tour. I will be going with ds14. My question is will both of us get rewards even though ds does not have a character on vmk (but might do when we come home from vacation). Also I heard that when you do the quests, you receive a real glow in the dark bracelet, do each person in the party receive one or just one per party or do we each hand in a quest.

When I was there last month, they only give the glow in the dark bracelet after you complete the quests. And only 1/person/30days (but I heard they changed the rule to 90 days).
They didn't give out the bracelet during the tour, but when you turn in your quests at VMK central.
